We confirm that the company we partner with, is respectful of privacy.  Please read their privacy policy for more details. We also carry out a Background check on our Licensees and Certification Members, and this is done with your prior agreement.


When registering on our site, you will be asked to enter your personal information such as name email address and mailing address, phone number, and when appropriate credit card information to help us to process your membership or order. We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the membership, and we collect the information from you to enable us to respond to you in the future. We will be sending a monthly newsletter and information about any webinars, training sessions or promote information regarding our associates we feel will be of benefit to you, your health or your business.


You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time. You can do the following at any time by contacting us via the email address or phone number given on our website:


• See what data we have about you, if any.
• Change/correct any data we have about you.
• Have us delete any data we have about you, if you decide to no longer be a member

Your personal information is contained in our database, behind protective firewalls, accessed by a few highly trained individuals who have signed contracts to maintain the highest confidentiality standards possible. The information you supply is encrypted to maintain security.


All financial transactions are put through a specially chosen provider and not stored on GEMA database.


We do not sell or transfer any information to anyone other than the companies who host the website and the listing website in your agreement. We do not use your information nor release your information to third parties for use to market unrelated goods or services individually to you without your agreement.


We may include third party information, such as insurance companies, supplement suppliers, business development companies, or similar, in our newsletters, promotions and news blasts. These companies are separate and therefore have their own privacy policies. We have no responsibility or liability for the content, privacy or activities, although we do our best to maintain the high standards set by GEMA and check content before offering to our own members.
