Although Guardian Ecclesiastical Medical Association requires every practitioner to have insurance, you WILL be able to continue the application process. The good news is that once you are approved, one of the benefits is being pre-approved for malpractice insurance. Please purchase your policy within 30 days, INCLUDING GEMA AS “ADDITIONAL INSURED” and email the policy # (including declaration page) to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please check your inbox for more information.
Guardian Ecclesiastical Medical Association will need to be added as "additional insured” on your policy, within 30 days of submitting your application. Go ahead and upload your current policy/declaration and once you make this change, please email it to email@example.com.

Thank you for registering for GEMA practitioner membership! The next step is completing the application. Please check your email after each step and read the instructions thoroughly. CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER, if you don’t see the email(s) in your inbox. There are several steps to this process. Here are some items you will need to complete the application:
1. College Transcript(s) and/or Diploma(s)
2. Driver’s License
3. A list of the equipment and/or devices you use in your office, if any.
ATTENTION: SAVE $200 when you complete the application process in 10 days!
You are taking the first step to Guarding and Growing your Holistic Health services. Once you complete this page and click next, you will have 10 days to complete the 6-step application process and take advantage of the $200 admission fee discount, which will change from $175 to $375 after day 10. As soon as this page is submitted, it will take you to the actual application and then to a cart where you will pay the non-refundable application fee of $50. In between each step, you will be prompted to move to the next, until you get to the background check. Once you get to that step, you will have to wait for an email regarding the status, which could take up to 3 days. Once approved, you will receive an email notification with a link to login to your GEMA dashboard. Once logged in, you will be prompted to pay your monthly Holistic Health Link (HHL) fee and then your GEMA fee(s). *NOTE – it is possible to complete this entire process in one day. If your background check is clear, it immediately returns results, which prompts us to immediately send you the payment email notification. GEMA and HHL fees must both be paid within 10 days of joining, for you to receive the $200 discount. You will find a “Count-Down Timer” at the top of your dashboard to help you keep track of your deadline.
